Recently, we discovered an error within the game , resulting in the acquisition of certain items, the game administration identified the error, the items were removed from all accounts and banned it to 3 - 93 days

We fine with the items removed, but banning people for a bug not ours? and during your event for the game’s 16th anniversary? 

Do you know that me and a lot of people won't be able to playing during the event period cuz ban which caused by the errors developers not by the players? It's not humane.

And when we were take ban we lost too "honorable Soldiers Ribbon" , Is really too much and annoying.

 A huge segment of players will leave who truly valued your project due to this policy, Maybe it’s time to reconsider it?

Me and alot of players playing game from a childern time, we playing for enjoy and separate from life, Why would you make us lose interest in the game and hate it ?

endly, we firmly believe that in this case ban and lost "honorable Soldiers Ribbon" an unfair and unsuitable, The sanction should be reconsidered, given that the violation was the result of a technical error and not intentional misconduct on our part, we look forward to your prompt response and trust that a fair decision will be made regarding this matter.

U have 100% right. Who read the all terms and rules before play a game? I play from 2009 this game and is first time when i hear u can lose honorable soldier ribbon because the game have a bug...and ban acc too...I think the best solution for this problem is to remove only items and guns who result from this. I spend zp for buy CF Pass Premium to win AN 94 Shark and now i have acc baned and i can t finish event. I spent 30 k zp for nothing. Also i can t finish 16th Aniversary event. I lose time for this event and now i cant finish. Unban acc for finish this events and give back the honorable ribbon is the best solution for all players. If they keep baned all accounts, i think many players dont play again this game.

Correct words, and even if there was a ban, it should be for a shorter period than that, and why at the time of this important rebuke that only comes once a year

From what I understand this was technically a misunderstanding. But banning players for an issue that couldn’t been resolved in a different way. But banning players that did abused the bug and took advantage of the glitch was too far. I mean sure you did state that it was an error you made. But this is beyond injust. With all do respect you have to reconsider your actions. Even for the people that did or did not abused the glitch on the day it happened. More you keep doing stuff like this and banning people for the mistake you did for not warning us not to do it. None of us would be starting a fight war right now. As much i take actions for the wrongs that I also made as well to take advantage of the glitch. I don’t agree on the decision to ban players for a misunderstanding that none of us were told not to do this or this will result in a temporary suspension. But the people who did spend 30k zp on pas And where at level 90. Yes roll back and items that where exploited did take actions but banning players for that was out
of line and should had taken differently. Now I can’t be certain after the exploit got patch the day after it happen. But for the missions that wasn’t part of the exploit shouldn’t effect it in my saying. Other then i just want to understand yes we take actions of our consequences but ban players for the company mishap was mess up. All we ask that what ever happen on that day won’t ever happen again. I’m not siding with anyone nor I blame anyone because of what Happen. To us players we want to bring peace to the crossfire community and have this situation to be handled in a better matter. and as much I respect this I still believe this ban is still harsh in any ways matter just because of the day light saving problem that players wasn’t aware of this bug happening I just want you
to understand that the more Facebook posts you make and comment’s people make here this war won’t end. And players will continue protesting on eider social media on how one error mistake cause a war beyond mistake. Now for myself I learn from my mistakes and it won’t ever happen again. Some might disagree for what I am saying but that’s fine. But you need to gives us a heads up next time if something like this happens again in the future or other wise more players will
leave this game and a possibility this crossfire will be shutdown for good. And I was gonna say something else too that I didn’t say. People have a choice weather they want to leave or not while it’s still the games terms and conditions. Sending tickets to make the issue be resolved will don’t any good to us players cause in this crossfire era we
live in nobody cares anymore.

Me should take ban if i using hak ,macros or cheat ... etc , But take ban by errors in the game are caused by the developers?!! , The mistake was theirs, and they were the ones who made it.
If they blame their own mistakes on the players and make us lose interest in the game, the others won`t be able to find a one person to play with and they will end all their work.
So bro can you be honesty and stop looking to a things from one side?
They also have rights, they also have duties.

Everyone agreed to the Terms of the Game.
It clearly states, exploiting Bugs (of all kinds) is a reason for a Ban.
Its a simple punishment, even if the Bug was from a Developers Side.
Each action has a reaction to it.
Exploting a Bug is the action, so the Ban is the reaction.
Its simple, you all agreed to the Terms when you created the account, even if it was over 10 years ago.

I feel like all the people banned were those who bought the season pass. What a stupid decision to ban those who keep the game afloat by investing money in it!
