I added 3 Scar Lights for a total of 300.000 ZP but it only reaches tier 3 (45%). It's expecting 320.000 ZP instead of 280.000 in the post.

The more vip items you add on the card -> item price drop.
To unlock the max discount of 50% you need to add at least 1 new item from preorder + any 3 other vip items.
For example in your case : add 3 scar light + Raging Bull-Cyborg will unlock -50%.

I don't think the type/number of VIPs matter here though. I added 3 M200s (an old VIP) and still get -50% because the total is 375k. What I'm saying is that the thresholds for tier 3 and 4 do not match between this post and the actual preorder page. It says

• Tier 3: 200,000 ZP - 279,999 ZP

• Tier 4: 280,000 ZP or more

50% Discount at the check-out

above but they seem to be 240k and 320k instead.

 I preodered the M14EBR and received it today including spray and namecard but the bladed knuckels are not here. Are they delayed?
