I do not understand what the problem is. I have done everything required. The image is 200 * 200 as requested, and also from the site to the required, and the image is also JPG

The problem is you copy-paste wrong link  

You need the COMPLETE web adress (on imgur is called direct link) , somthing like www . imgur . com / image . JPG 
So the link must contain image name AND extension  .
