If it is the kick and shoot thing you are meaning, CF-West consider it not a bug and chooses to not fix it. They have stated it's not forbidden to use, as long as you don't use macros with it. So I think they will never fix it.

This is honestly super annoying like come on it's not fair especially in knife mode they just kick you in the head 10 times in a row and you can't prove there using a macro so they never get banned.

Well, I've seen no one perfectly land 10 spam kicks in a row without using a macro. If I were you I'd report it, you never know, they might get punished.
