Rank up is broken!

A while ago my character went from a silver leaf stage 7 to a gold leaf stage 8. I put a ticket in but it never worked as I made my character 11 years ago and can’t remember the exact details.
I have now played back through the rank and I am again a silver leaf stage 7, and again it is saying I will be promoted to a gold leaf stage 8!
i have over 4,500,000 exp so it’s well over the amount required to be the rank I am. Is there any way an admin can fix this for me? I know they don’t check the boards much but my tickets don’t work.
