The minutes are counted in-map. So you must be in-game actually playing. Loading time and lobby time do not count.

I played Bank TD, and it counted towards Day Of Labor event but not Rob The Bank event. After completing 120 mins still no luck. Got my Winter Frost crates already but still didn't get any Old But Gold crates of today.

Theres an issue with the Rob The Bank event, and any missing crates will be awarded next week, but you WILL get any you qualified for
