When you win a weapon it will appear in the "items won" tab within the Black Market. You than have to transfer that item to your inventory by selecting it and pressing "transfer to inventory".

Are you sure? The storage isn't ordered logically so it might be in the wrong place. Try pressing "secondary" in your weapon storage, it might show up than. If you're 100% certain it's not in your weapon inventory you should check your "temp" storage. If you won't find the item there I recommend you sending a ticket to https://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

You could send the following: "Dear GM, I've won COP Derringer Ultimate Goldsmith from crates on [insert date and time you won it]. Than, when I transferred it to my storage I couldn't find it anymore. I hope you can assist me in my issue. Kind regards"
