i have the same problem, after reinstall when i try open game after hgw 13 is zero reaction. no errors, nothing.

Have you guys added crossfire to your antivirus exceptions? Speaking of, which antivirus do you have?

Windows defender is all i have & i never had any problems with it... nah it's their client wich is f... up

What GM Kanadian mentioned on Discord concerning this problem is the following:

Send a ticket to http://support.z8games.com/us/ under the category CrossFire > Other with as much information as possible. For example: the location you're playing from, your dxdiag log and what operating system you're running on.

Things you should check beforehand are the following:

• If there are any other people playing on the same network as you
• If you have a VPN active
• What antivirus you're using and if you added Crossfire to it's exceptions.
