hello Crossfire community ..
today i was playing normally with one of my friends and a clan mate ,, and as i'm a still low rank player[Second Lieutenant 5th Grade] with a bit high ping [always 70] that's high for the European players .. another team player[Colonel] started to insulting me and insulting my religion and my country calling us pigs and other things i can't say , and when i'm pay him insulting back he reported me and i got banned for 3 days
PS... i reported him and many others for the same reason and hack reason and they still playing and never got banned for a single minute ..
the point is ? should i got insulted and say Thank you for the one who insulting me ? or should i clap for him ? because reporting a VIP is USELESS

Reporting a VIP is not useless. If he indeed insulted you, you should have screenshoted what he said and send the proof to the support page.

You should never insult back, as that results in the other person also reporting you for insulting.

Always think smart and report whoever is insulting you. The best way to answer them is to simply not say anything against them.

i can't say that almost European players are hate us but i think a lot of 'em do .. and about reporting him i guess i sent a screen shot from the room but i guess nothing happened to him

The GMs will never say that the person you reported will be banned. But like I said, you should never talk back against someone. Save for yourself, do not insult them back, take a screenshot of them insulting and report them.

The only thing I can suggest is "SHIFT+F2" while ingame. This closes regular chat.

Since I have started playing without chat, the CF ingame Community "feels" less toxic.
Nevertheless, you are absolutely right. There is a kind of "cumulated" hate towards specific countries/religions in CrossFire due to prejudices and/or todays media/politics.

Those people that insult online are just doing it because they are hiding behind an anonymous profile. They would not have the guts to tell you such things in person.
Still, I wish that you will never encounter such pathetic behaviour again.

If it happens again, just screenshot it and report. I would even upload the image on the forums
