bunny-hopping fix?
Is bunny hopping in Ghost mode ever going to get removed? It's a bit ridiculous that it makes Ghosts completely invisible because it becomes less about finding them and more about spraying your gun whenever you hear breathing and hoping for the best. I used to enjoy the gamemode alot but with bunny hopping it's pretty much impossible to play normally (I know that people do it because of wallhackers and whatever but it basically means if you can't bunny hope or you don't use wallhacks than you might as well not bother playing it)
my friend asked on the Questions and Answers about it but said he never got a reply. I hope Z8 aren't planning on keeping it since it pretty much ruins the gamemode.

how is it fair? you can't detect them because they don't make any noise whilst bunny hopping apart from the breathing, which is hard to pinpoint at the best of times (and most people who play GM alot will probably of bought the sound down packs)
You can't fight silent, invisible enemies especially when they kill you in a single hit. If they have to keep it in, then they need to make some noise. You're saying that it was too easy for GR before but now it's too easy for BL to win since a single guy is pretty much a killing machine on his own. -
when i used to play (a long time ago) there wasnt any bunny hopping people used skill to be able to win at it. I dont bunny hop and i get along well. Sometimes coming out with 34 kills 5deaths ya know. B hoping need to be removed somehow. with a stam bar or something

So how do you win against it? My headphones are high quality and the ghost is COMPLETELY invisible in every single way. How is there any way to fight that apart from switching to a machinegun and spraying in every bit I think there's a ghost?Its not a bug and as such will not be fixed.
The physics of it might be changed but it as a feature will never go away completely.

When it's against an invisible opponent who can come straight at me and kill me from a fair distance with a shovel it takes any kind of enjoyment out of the game. I'm sure theres some guide on it. But spending hundreds of dollars on a headset won't necessarily do you any good. Its a matter of volume. -
With bunny hoping it`s totally BL sided. It`s may be for that reason that many GR cheat.Without bunny hop the mode is highly gr sided.
Bunny hopping was not part of the mode .Every one knows it.
The only map still playable is Lost relics , all the other maps are dominated by bunny hoppers who also use breath down that makes it difficult to pin point , the moment you hear them , it means that you are already dead.Now with the shovel they can kill you from far , so add all this together and see whether there is still a reason for a GR to play that mode. Fortunately there are still some BL that can`t BH , if not GM would have already been unplayable for GRs. -

ur fucing dumb, people hack in GM cause if u cham u can easly kill some1 who is chargin u with a knife, and cause its GM, most ppl tend to stay still longer because they arnt seen (by most ppl). so its easy kills

Lol thinking GM is BL sided.
If you want to get a 10-1 kd without really trying. Just join random GM games on GR side.
Once you learn which way sound is coming from it isnt too hard. Not many people bhop and attack, they bhop then run a few steps to kill you. More then enough time to hear breath+footsteps usually.
BL need all the help they can get. -

I think that you don`t play on Gr side , this is why you talk like this . I thought the entire point of the mode was for the Ghost team to be sneaky and plant the bomb, not rampage as invisible killing guys and murdering the entire enemy team.Gens = PP .
It's stupid if the only thing you can do is sneak around and hope that you wouldn't get detected by a PPer .

I don't know if you are using some kind of super-good headphone set, but I hear breathing in a generic direction - that's no good if they're close enough to kill me. The only way I found to fight a bunny hopper is to run TOWARDS the breathing, wait till you're blocked by the ghost than open fire and pray. -

Too many people are assuming I want one side to win over the other - I don't care about that at all (so don't insult me because you think I want GR to win all the time or whatever, it's irrelevant to me) I just think it's stupid that there's a glitch in the game that enables a good player with the right equipment and skill to completely annihilate most of the enemy team. I don't get people moaning about skill since to me it looks like you just want an easy way to dominate the opposition?

leave your breath down and your armor and bullet proof helmet and your spop home then come play me one on one , then you will see whether I can`t pin point you.

By the way my ping is 266 on uk when it at normal and not picking . a high ping is also a disadvantage and I challenge you even tho. -
