Security question problems....

OK so I want to promote some people in my clan but i need to type in my security uestion right? Well.... I forgot mine, I've had this account since last year in march. So ya know i guss i could use my email to send it to me right? No.... i used a random email for my account because i used to real email for my bro's account. Then i decided that i could use my other account and make him the clan leader so i could promote. But yet again i need to type in my security question!!!. This really needs to change, or if there is another possible solution for this problem could someone help me out, thanks...

ya iv heard of this problem more and more lately. the problem is that most ppl are just putting random things 4 there answer and then they cant remember it when the time comes.
