How Do You Ban People?

Hey, I saw these people in the clan war match [L]egitProZ_ Vs Goldwarriors.

I dont know how to post up a video about it so... can you please help me cause I think these people might be hacking. Clanmates were getting 1 hit shotted and getting killed with a deagle through 2 PEOPLE.. Some guy was using a colt and kept on getting headshots with. At the start of the game we were owning them badly, now they were owning us?

So can you help me like... how to post up the video...
