forgot my security question

I forgot my secur question and now i can´t change my clan leader i read the support but I don´t know what is a support ticket so i wold be very happy if you help or just say who I should talk.

PS: it says i need to know all the things from my acount i know how many zp´s i bought and the e-mail and the first password

send a support ticket and they will tell you or reset your security question but you will have to prove account ownership

and please dont spam the thread or forums because they haven't replied they dont work on weekends so they will reply on monday or it could take up to a further 2 days or them to reply or possibly longger

As always make sure to never give out what your secret question and answer to anyone ever for any reason. No GM's or MOD's will ever ask you for that information in game. Even on the forums this would only be asked in very few cases and only be Me or other forum GM's.
