Do prepaid visa or mastercard work for prepaid card payment?

I want to know, Becuase all the options are american or are far away.I can't get the cards so..And My mom doesn't have a credit card so do visa or mastercard prepaid credit cards work same as credit card option?

unfortunatly GM's dont work weekends so for a GM to reply you will have to wait until monday

i think paypal might support the payment process of a prepaid card im not sure though you would have to google that XD of course if a GM doesn't reply on monday i shall try and get a GM to reply for tuesday
