Slow Graphic Bug :S

hi their i got a problem after the new update i got a problem in the game
the game working normally but in slow mode :S
i mean the graphic gose slowly as hell i don't know why
if u have solution pls just post it to me can't play in this slow mode :S

and not me only every one have win xp have this problem
my OS : XP SP2
My Anti-virus : East Smart Security 4

but befor the update the game was working perfect pls gimme a solution :S
