Why I cant post attachments(picture) in my post

As the name says I am wondering why I cant post picture in my threads.
I have some interesting screenshoot example:8000 ping,character standing in the sky and shoting etc.

well we call that a llama lagger and you gotta upload the image then copy the IMG code then it should appear in your posts
