Support someone could help me?
Why do I have an account that was banned from games but so far z8 entedi naw why
from what I understood I was banned for zp
but I just did the offers of free zp
and when it arrived I spent my zp banned my account
could someone explain to me q's happening?

the only way i can think you would of been banned for doing the free zp surveys is if you sent a support ticket because you never received your zp and they found out you never actually did the survey you just pretended you did and you got banned for scamming, or you where hacking in game and someone reported you and you got banned

send in a support ticket with your issue the support team don't read the forums they will tell you why you where banned of course you will have to tell them your IN GAME NAME NOT YOUR ACCOUNT NAME

also you could of purchased zp from paypal or something and the transaction never went through but you received the zp meaning you will stay banned until they are paid for the zp

and dont RE-POST saying non of these are true because these are just possible reasons why your banned i not saying any of them are the reason you banned

When you try to log into the site it should give you the reason for the account suspension.
