Data Transmition Not Stable

Ok so, i run crossfire, i press start game, everything its normal, but in the Log In Page, my PC wont let me do nothing (type or press buttons) because its loading, it takes like 30-40 seconds to load and when i type in my password it says Data Trasmition Not Stable, Failed to blah blah...

What can i do about this?

I allready trying reeboting and only open crossfire but it wont work

help please?
