25+ Item is not working

Hey,

our clan bought the item: ''2010-04-08 Fabian7888 7200 ZP ItemID:Increase CLAN Size +25''.

Now we have 25 member and people who wants to join the clan cannot aplly, they always see the message: ''Sorry, this clan is full.''

Best way for you would be to send a support ticket to z8games but first, look in the mall if you actually activate the item

He failed, he didnt activate the item after he bought it.
