Keep getting disconnected

This just started today. Every time I start crossfire, after a certain amount of time I just get the error:

"Disconnected from server" and the game closes. Happens even if I join a game or stay in the lobby. Its weird??

yeah no one has any solutions for this.. look at other post and you will see the same thing. Some one tell us how to fix this!!!!!

do a tracert to the z8 site, check for bad hops. if your anti-virus is running, add all crossfire programs to the exclusion list

same problem

i also get disconnected for no reason, when i ping i get 100% loss, and when i tracert i get 14 good ones then 15-30 don't work. my anti virus is off and my firewall is off
