Account and clan deleted

On 15 april someone(I think GM's) stole my account and changed password and email(nobody known them)Today, 19 april my account got deleted and clan too....worked 1 year (become 1st lieutenant) bought zp to....and now this....I realy started to hate this game..

To get this straight, a GM will NEVER ask or take your account for any reason. Your account is your property, and no one elses.

If you think a GM has stolen your account, then you shouldn't be playing this game because they wouldn't do such a thing.


You either forgot your password, or gave it out in a way.

you deserve a slap with a fish accusing GM's of taking your account the reason why GM's will never ask for your account details or steal your account in any game is because they are GM's they can have maxed out rank in 1 second with every single gun and unlimited zp so fail on you, you should apologize for saying such a thing >.>

AND accounts get banned not deleted of course a GM could delete it but i dont think they ever delete accounts because someone could just make that same account again then so they only block the account and all its access privileges

meaning you gave away your account details to someone or you got hacked by someone at which point recovery of your account is easy as pie

if you have a Transaction ID from an Email proving you have purchased ZP then you can send in that ID to the support team at which point they can verifie you are the owner of that account and recover it for you and your security answer or something like that i think it was saidin said will help recover your account aswel

My Accont ?? Has Happend ??

Today when I went to enter the crossfire, a window appeared saying that the pass or the login is incorrect. I do not know what to do, I do not use hacks or anything illegal. Please help me .. PrO*ShO[tt] Second Lt 4th class. And when I try to retrieve the mail, says that this wrong, do not understand this game. I buy ZP, praise this game and then do this?

I don't understand why a GM would do that, even if he did. Like piemonkey said, being MODS, they can really do w/e they want assuming (as in, to their own acc... zp and things.) it's within reason. They'd have no reason to do that. >:( try not to blame the good guys
