The first thing you should do is check with the company through which you made your payment. Some services take days to complete the transaction, and there is nothing that Z8Games can do about it. If the company says that the payment was posted and cleared, then submit a support ticket here:

Disputing the charge may or may not result in your account being closed, since to Z8Games it would appear as a fraud attempt.
