Big nasty new error

When I double click the cf icon from my desktop the game don't start ( until now it started ) and if I watch in Task Manager I find the crossfire with the status : Not working.
I left clicked it, run as, and then I receive the start button, I press start game and when it looks like he want to starts, I receive this 2 big errors, one from xtrap and one from the game

can somebody help me?

The error says it all, you are not the ADMIN of the computer, and you're the first one to get this error.
