some issue in Clan POINTS ??

well Saidin he never answered my PM i decide to put this here to help me to understand why my clan is lossing like 400 points a week i just want to know why of this -.- =/

Why do clans loose 5% of their clan points per week? Struggling clans aren't getting nowhere.. all we do is drop in rank no matter how hard we play to go up in rank. I personally think this is unfair. At one time our clan was rank 78 and now its like 215 because we loose so many clan points every week.

Can someone please give me an answer. I am really confused on why they do this.
