Gamebooster is good, it brings up 10 fps which is better than nothing.
My way that helps a lot is going to Start>Control Panel>System Maitenence>System>Advance System Settings (Should be somewhere on the left)>Performance Settings>Now you should be on "Visual affects" tab, from there you uncheck everything, even though itll make your appearance ugly.
**This one is optional if you want to make your computer with better performance but uglier, go to Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>Personalization>Window Color / Appearance. Click "Windows Classic" and apply (save)
All this brought up my FPS by 30-60. Hope this helped(: -

i have that al ealier -
Also, ive heard you can get better fps by taking off your desktop icons
to do this without losing them just right click on your desktop, to to arrange icons by, then uncheck show desktop icons, this will also take off your wallpaper if its one you found on the internet and right clicked, set desktop wallpaper, but you can always undo this.
Also, try running Crossfire (if your not) in 800x600 aspect ratio, this can raise framerate a little bit
you can also take off all the effects (run cross fire in low detail) to raise framerate, but that will lower the graphics (duh) in cf, but if you play gm this allows you to see the ghosts better
Make sure your graphics driver is up to date too, this might help a little bit.
you wouldnt have to upgrade your whole computer, im running pretty much the same thing, except for i have a 2.4 processor, but i have a 9400 pci-e graphics card, and i can get around 100 fps usually, so all you would really have to do is buy a graphics card, and you can get a 9400 pci-e for like $60-70, if you can afford that
thats about it -
unfortunately your fps wont get better because your running it on a chipset rather than a graphics card you may improve it slightly from the ways listed above but you could also try making sure you have the latest chipset drivers
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/intel945g/#?iid=subhdr+dnlds
go to the link and at the top click downloads it should automaticly scan your current drivers to check if there up to date
and from the specs you have show are you using a laptop?
