Game quits with no reason while loading map

WTF, seriously. how can someone be patient when your game crashes every single time a map is loading? i cant even enter the match, and if i do the game still quits when you're sent back to the results with no reason and with no error message. i think there are tons threads of this same subject so please CF team i'm being patient since the christmas patch, that god dam patch ***ed up the whole game. fix this! neither the most recently patches had fixed anything.

My avg found a TROJAN in the new xrtap update. and i think its the statr up file that contains it because i moved it to fault and now it doesnt run xtrap any more can any 1 mail me when xtrap fix this trojan problem?

sending a support ticket is useless, i'm tired of saying the same i've reported my problem and i did not get any help, they just say "see our common solutions and workarounds"... thats bs, im tired of telling them my specs and issues, my PC is fine up to date, the only game with problems on my PC is called CrossFire!

this is what im talking about, sometimes the games just quits with no reason and sometimes appears this error message very popular over here at the forums.

when this error appeared my game was loading Sub Base map, and it just crashed to black and then came the error.

i'm playing with the stupid default settings! and if I change the resolution to 800x600 at least it can enter to the match but it still crashes with no reason anytime im playing.
