major forum account issues

when ever i logg in i have to reclick the forum link to get to my control panel.

my instant email notifications dont work.

i cant change personal info without it wanting a parents email when im 17.

and i cant change my email it keeps telling me "
The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!" no matter how many times i enter my password

i never had these problems befor the site crash around christmas and now all these issues are messing up
