I need some information!

This is about my old account that has been banned for payment issues.

My parents are forcing me to pay my bill from ClickandBuy from ZP I accidently purchased I am going to pay it this afternoon (over 2 hours) I am wondering if I will get my old acount back then and When? Since I am going to give ClickandBuy 190 euro's which is alot for me since I ain't spoiled little rich boy or santa so I really would like some information about my acount if mods or anybody need data I will PM them also if anybody has any expierince with this or something any help about this issue would be apreciated.

So practicly I am asking if anybody can give me some information about a: 'Payment Issue Ban'

Since I will pay now for the ZP I am thinking I will get my acount back right? If not I will have to flush 190 euro's down the toilet (lol in a sort of way if u know what I meen:p)
