Network Flyout???

Guys i keep on getting in a game and whenever i play 1, like my ping would be a constant 75-80 then all of a sudden. the whole game would just freeze kinda like having 2fps... and it would just say "disconnected from server" then... "failed to connect to server" and my internet would just say im not connected anymore and i gotta restart or put my computer to sleep and turn it back on to fix it... i have windows vista basic... Its not a regular lag out like when your ping hits a high level or anything... my bro uses the same internet connection and has the same ping.. but the problem is never on his.... idk what to do... and my win/losses record was positive by almost 50, now its negative 40... cause with every network flyout i get.. i get another loss... can someone help me? cause im not good with computers AT ALL
