When a South American server?

Hi!! I am the leader of a clan, and much players in my clan complain about their pings....in spite of the server in Vancouver, the latin people have a ping betwen 180 and 240, the most of our clan are European, and play in UK servers, but this people can't play in this server...he has more ping....the solution would be a South American server....but, this is being done already? thanks!

I don't think their looking at putting a server anywhere near that location.
And if they were it wouldn't be for a while due to the fact that they just got UK beta 1 & 2.

Not happening. Even though I think servers like echo and foxtort should turn into global servers like on in asia and one in south america.
