Unable to login - "Connection not stable"

I was able to play the game the first time I installed it a few days ago. Afterwords I was unable to login and kept getting the "connection not stable" error. I reinstall the game again and still go the same message. The other computer that's sharing my connection plays it fine. Can anyone tell me what's wrong.

a connection not stable error occurs when your internet connection is too slow to run the game. does your pc meet the internet requirements for the game? are you downloading anything AT ALL when your attempting to log into the game? do you have any programs that could be blocking the UDP ports on either your router or your pc? do you have any programs that could be patching or constantly updating itself? and last of all do you have any viruses or malicious software that could be doing this
