Promotion - no GP

Hello!
Yesterday i've been promoted to level 16 (i can't remember the name, but it is after staff sergeant) and i didn't get any GP. There wasn't even the window with information and congratulations about promotion! Please help. I writed a letter to the support, but I want to fix it soon.
