plz help me z8 games!!!
i have exhanged 10 cupons for 90 days mp5 adv by mistake .. i need my cupons back plz ..
i made this mistake from 1 hour
i sent aticket and didnt have reply yet
i put my id and ign in the ticket
if the next 48 hours pass without having reply .. i will not get my cupons back ?
plz help me what should i do ? and how i know agm or technical supporter is ready to contact me ?

It would make sense to me if it was done by the time you sent the ticket it and not by the time they get around to it. Note however that I am not 100% on this being that it's a newly implemented policy.
As long as you gave them the info they need they should reverse the change with out anything else needing to be done on your end.
Note that GMs do not work on weekends and can not answer tickets during these times. Also note that tickets are answered in the order they are received. When you submit one it ends up in the back of the pile and can take a while to be reviewed.
I will try and get a GM to respond on the issue but if you have any other questions just let me know. -

If it was within 48 hours (or so) of you purchasing the item when you sent a support ticket you should get your coupon refund.
Unfortunately the system is always swamped on Monday so it will take slightly longer to get to your request. But you should get the refund. If you don't make sure to contact myself or another GM. -
