Getting soo annoying

ok every time i finish a scrim my game crashes, not at half or anything just right at the end. Every single time its soo annoying. the screen doesnt even get stuck as a black screen either it just goes to my desktop and makes my backround the siz of the lobby on cf when its in window mode. it sometimes happens i pubs to just not consistently
