Missing GP

It says on the ranks info that I get 30k when I hit petty officer, but I haven't gotten it.
I was in the tutorial thing when I ranekd up, so did that void the 30k?

Maybe could be lol IDK names like pety officer and stuff but you only get 30K when you reach Staff Sargeant not Pety Officer btw

Staff sergant is the first rank of the petty officer section. I'm at the rank with 3 bars on top and 1 on bottom.
