Is there any way to at least whisper to a non-friend in game if you lost contact with them and cant find them now?

I was in a game with a guy, and got d/c'd from the room during the game so i didnt get him added. I know his name and have found his account on the user's directory. I just cant contact him through that.

You should be able to type /w <name>

Then you will have to change your keyboard to English US Standard.

Unfortunately that is the only solution. The English North American CF Doesn't support keyboards of any other language.
