Serious problem with a fairly new laptop

Hi, recently (after like 5 days since the release of the UK server) i started experiencing extreme fps lag. Normally i play with about 40 fps, but now i cant get past 13. Its weird cuz 1 day it was fine, and the enxt day, it started lagging. Also, i have also got other issues like sticky walls, 'disconnected due to incorrect player info' etc.
I also play another game called Sudden attack, and when i tried it, i also got fps lag on that game too. so something could be wrong with my pc. But the problem started so suddenly . My zp items are also about to run out :'(.
My laptop is fairly new (about 1 year old). the specs are,

Manufacturer / Model :Toshiba Satellite Pro A300.
Operating System : Windows Vista Business Edition.
Processer :Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T5870 @ 2.00Ghz
Memory (RAM): 3.00 GB
32-bit operating system
Display Adaptors : Mobile Intel 4 Series Express CHipset Family.

If u need any other info, please tell me to find it. I know i dont have those GeForce graphics card or ATI radeon, but these intel graphics were fine before...like 5 days after the patch i got this extreme fps lag.
