where are crates

you announced a week long event 3free crates a day monday thru friday

I recieved 3crates on tuesday and its now saurday i would say someone is not doing thier job..

Are we not even going to get zp crates over the weekend,

Yes i know this is technical support but maybe it will get passed to the right department.

As far as technical issues where do i start

rooms that say there full with noone in em
hacks and exploiting rampant
error messages 21309
click start to go in a game says game has allready started when noone is playing

A suggestion
RESTART ENTIRE CROSSFIRE GAME SHUT ALL SERVERS DOWN WAIT 20 MINS THEN RESTART....
i am a tech so i know what im talking about
Basically this game has some serious backlog issues and needs a restart to correct bugs and run more efficient...

For the crates your probably not playing for 2 hrs+ a day. I played 2hrs a day all week every day and i had no issues with my crates.
