i havent seen that message before,
best i could say is uninstall all crossfire programmes, and redownload the installer from z8games
takes sometime bt homefully it should work

Reinstall, but it sounds like it might be your computers problem, the space it's trying to write to on your hard drive may be corrupted. There is some utility to fix this in windows... I forget what it's called... I think it's called scandisk...
