Install problem/ping

Hello guys when i try to install crossfire it gives me an error that it cant copy the files. i deleted all my crossfire maps and things and still got the same problem.

Also my ping is so unstable and i feel so laggy that i cant hit much people.
my ping goes from 140-190 can some 1 help me get stable ping please?:S greetings Buzzer

mhh delete every file from cf then download as torrent or use a diff mirror then before make sure u restarted ur pc tho
and for ur ping isnt that bad i have a stable ping of 210 plus sometimes only 20 fps
nvm dont use wirless or if u have many people on ur network tell em to *** off when u play or maybe some1 is on the phone

but my ping goes from 140 to 170 in 1-2sec ":S
