New CFS team slot opening ?

I heard Playgra is going to shutdown their Japanese Crossfire servers so that leaves one slot left if CFS is returning this year since Playgra are shutting down services for CF. Can iNsanes make a return to CFS this year without official Japanese servers ? (I guess they could be like Rawness and participate in other CFS NF that won't block them)
Is Tencent going to scoop up that slot or will Smilegate give the extra slot to CF versions with CFEL ? I want to know if Z8Games will unblock Japan now that their official servers are dead ? (don't close the thread since I want to know where it goes)
