The event didn't say to put ur IGN, so i didnt. Does this mean i failed the event?or will a gm send the winners a message asking for IGN?

I am pretty sure original thread did state add your IGN too but it seems it has been edited out recently. If you are concerned, you should submit a ticket with your forum name and IGN. I am sure if it was needed they can add it in your submission.
