I completely agree with what you're saying, there are many problems with CrossFire and the way Z8Games are handeling it. First of all, the servers has been a issue for nearly a year now, and it's ridicolous how it's still going on. (At some points it's even getting worse!) First of all the servers itself are still on 32 tick servers. You keep dying behind walls etc, which is also really annoying. For an example in Counter Strike Global Offensive I can play on American servers with 140 ping and the registry is still good, and I don't die behind the walls.
Second of all, the customer support in my opinion is a joke, I mean as you mentioned it barely helps, and also it seems like the answers are scripted. You send something in, didn't even get your question or complaint answerd and it just goes on and on the next ticket you will get the same response. Basically it feels like they copy paste their answers.
Third thing is that the anti-cheat has to get better, I have played a game called Dead by Daylight and a competitive league on Counter Strike Global Offensive where they have used the anti-cheat called "Easy Anti Cheat" I have never ever met a cheater in this league in Counter Strike nor Dead by Daylight. I have even kept track of the cheating website specifically Dead by Daylight, and the cheat always has to get updated and customers of those websites complains all the time about them getting banned. (Which they deserve lol) Anyway my point is that whatever anti-cheat Z8Games is paying for, they have to make sure that the developers of those anti-cheat are smarter than the coders that make hacks.
Now I would recommend 100% that Z8Games should pay for Easy Anti Cheat

You clearly haven't played Counter Strike for very long. That game is riddled with hackers, just not as many as here unfortunately.
Edit: Also CS:GO (vanilla) uses VAC, not easy anti-cheat. Some tournaments use it, though.
I do however agree with the points here that the anti-cheat is NOT good enough, and support answers sometimes are completely off-topic and always seem to have copy+pasted parts in them. -

As I mentioned, I was not talking about the normal matchmaking, I said a special league. For your information it's called Esportal. I never said they used it in normal matchmaking. So maybe you clearly don't play anything other than normal matchmaking -

☛No one deserves to be permanently banned from games unless he cheated because it's the most horrible thing to do. However, that's not the case. I discovered people getting permanently blocked for changing certain files such as Kill sounds & Marks or adding visual improvement program to increase saturation (Vibrant UI V.2) Maybe, it gives the player more advantage but it's not considered a big deal. You need to warn the player by a pop in-game and perhaps block them after if they didn't listen.
We have openly said multiple times that if you change files, it can result in a permanent block. You do not get to choose what is a big deal and isn't, we do. Its in the terms and conditions that we get to choose that. Please don't change files.
2. Becoming Family Friendly
ⒶYou're on high risk to get banned for harassing other Z8Games Users. Honestly, the idea of it is awesome, but the Staff screwed it up. You can easily get banned for using negative words or hate speech, and it's more of who reports who first. For instance, I got blocked twice for defending myself in a simple argument.
Next time instead of 'defending yourself' send a report. Easy.
Ⓑ [FONT=&]Z8Games doesn't care what the other person said or did. If someone started offending you to get you mad, so you will either close the public chat or have a long chat. The other person will screenshot everything you've said and make a fake report as you assaulted him with hate speech which will cause 7 days ban.

When thousands of players can play fine, but one person has lag, yes. When thousands of people tell us they can't connect, thats a server issue.

One ticket, if you have your info right.

*First of all, I lost the honorable soldier in 2014 before I decided to cheat on 2016. I cheated to see how good the anti-cheat is, and I made it obvious and asked friends to report me intentionally. In addition, losing my Ribbon has nothing to do with my future actions.
*I called the player names during the argument because he was ****ing me, but you missed the point. He started insulting and mentioning races in the first place, which has nothing to do with video games. So, I get to be banned for calling names and he gets to continue insulting religion, race, and color.
*The only reason people send a lot of support tickets, as I mentioned, is because the support team doesn't interact with the issue instead they put automated response.
*How is changing kill sounds or marks would give me any advantage? Literally, people change their own crosshairs in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, so basically they should be permanently banned? You're basically saying no optimizations are allowed. Which was already allowed 3 years ago!
*I didn't ask you to not become friendly and positive. I asked you to be the same in-game as well.
*If the company lacks members then hire more.
*I never cheated or abused bugs on my main which lead to others to report me.
*ESEA Anti-cheat, Easy Anti-Cheat, and many more are client sided which can be provided in tournaments instead of BlackBox which can be easily bypassed. -

In addition to the cheating topic, I don't understand how did you predict I am hacking on more than one account, which I didn't. I just wanted to prove the point where you guys need to IP ban people for cheating in the future instead of allowing them to continue making other accounts. You just make the hack reporting boring and useless like that. Also, permanent block for changing kill marks or sounds to different ones is really harsh. There's no game you can mention that does the same. I mean if that's the rules, which I respect, you should at least give warning block with a reasoning instead of instantly perm ban them. You need to give people chances and not make the rules harsh on them.
What I mentioned and the other fellow are the reasons why people leave Crossfire, which makes the community so small. You need to consider improving the servers from 32 tick to higher as well as the hit boxes. -

This is like saying 'I shot him to see how fast the ambulance would get here, its not my fault he died.' Further, region block messages do not remove the honorable soldier ribbon. If you happened to use a VPN to get around a region block (this is also against terms and conditions) then yes, you would get a block and also lose your HSR.

There was an announcement about this a while back. Your 'friend' needs to read these things more thoroughly.

Firstly, you didn't ask for a rooster change. We don't offer roosters. We're not that kind of business. Secondly, unless your team was about to play in a tournament organized by us, eSports tickets usually take longer as they are not priority for our support staff.

So you see we was agree that z8 can temporary / or / permanent block an account '' for any reason'' - and z8 have no obligation to explain why ....
Of course there you will find lots of other actions that ''accounts holders'' ( meaning us, the players ), have , and basically all those actions and responsabilities are also explain on other topics on this forum, such as :
- don't use other programs (hacks) not even for testing purpose, ...
- don't change or alterate game files in any way ...
Also IP BAN reinforcement was announced long time ago, meaning if a player hack will get account banned AND IP blocked - this IP block not work in all cases indeed, (i presume is depend on many other factors as players ISP ... etc) BUT when is working - all new accounts created by same IP who was previously banned - get ban in 24 hours ( there are some topic about that on forum already )
Basically if you have a bad behavior (indented or not) and broke several times game policy - at some point you will suffer some consequences (no matter how old or new account you are using - remember you are only an account holder, the legal owner of all accounts remain Z8 )
Server issues are not all time server side issue - sometime happend somewhere between serves and playes ( i was be able to play normally but same time some of my friends can't connect or get high ping ) - anyway reporting normally any of those issues (there is a dedicated topic on forum for that) will help z8 to investigate and fix the problem if are on the server side (i experience once my country was totally blocked by a wrong fiwerall rule - but was fixed in 24 hours)
Lastly - about 24 hours support and online support (or chat) is not listed as an service from z8 to the players in any part of ToU... if will happend sometime will be Z8 decision.
Also most of games (if not all) who offer online support and chat are not free to play games, they are pay to play games where players must pay a monthly subscription to be able to play...
There are indeed some F2P games who have online chat (i only know one on steam....from around 50 F2P games i play) .. that doesn't mean z8 is bound to do the same ...
P.S. In the end is a free to play game, i keep enjoy this game with good and worse moments thanks to my fiends i made here ( remember if you buy zp no matter for what purpose - you do this by your own will ).
Thanks for your response. However, my intentions are to improve the game and not to complain from my point of view. What I mean is I haven't experience all the above but was mentioned and proved by friends and thought it would be a good idea to bring them to light.

Admitting you used an alt to test if cheats would get banned ( which is a easy yes question ) and have your main account IGN in your signature? Wow, not a good idea my friend.
I think the Region Block stuff could be fixed up with a TICKET, hopefully but who knows how z8 work they may just act like it never happened...
No. People should get Perm Banned if they keep breaking the rules mulitple times. It doesn't matter if they cheated that should be a easy perm ban but if they keep breaking others rules why should they keep being let free?
Becoming Family Friendly
With the way I have acted towards staff members I think things are not bad. I have harassed a whole clan before in their own thread, then harassed them through other threads and talked trash about the GM's and still I see myself pretty good with just being talked to since it was never my fully fault so I guess I can really relate too much but they haven't jumped straight into banning me or giving me an infection but have rather been smart about it and talked to me and the others so we all calmed down and if we repeated as selfs ( which we shouldn't ) then we would get infections which is pretty fair.
I have talked trash ingame like everyone else has and have never been banned like everyone else. I do think no one should be banned from it unless they are taking it too far by disrespecting religons or race but when it comes to the game and you having high ping and being trash I should be able to call you trash with no problem but nowadays I am scared someone will be a tell tell and tell me off.
Hypocrisy & Bad Support
Support sucks and has been sucking for some time now. They good at helping at times but most times they will use the same excuse of " We can't do that, sorry! :P - Not a Robot " which is really annoying but recently my tickets have been handled better and there's less bot replies for me so it's getting better but not so good still.
The servers are trash but not so trash. I blame the core game for ping spikes and fps stirkes rather than the servers themselves. When the game runs well my ping stays where it should be.
LIVE CHAT? HAHAHHAHAHAAHAH The forum is the live chat. Trust me talk about something harsh towards the game and a MOD or GM will respond to you asap and lock your thread and maybe give you an infection but ay you gotta do what you gotta do.
Sorry that I didn't go full in, it seems like others have gone super indepth and I just can't be asked to beat them in their word count but I still tried to keep this formal and answer your questions.

Admitting you used an alt to test if cheats would get banned ( which is a easy yes question ) and have your main account IGN in your signature? Wow, not a good idea my friend.
I think the Region Block stuff could be fixed up with a TICKET, hopefully but who knows how z8 work they may just act like it never happened...
No. People should get Perm Banned if they keep breaking the rules multiple times. It doesn't matter if they cheated that should be a easy perm ban but if they keep breaking others rules why should they keep being let free?
I don't care about admitting to cheat or not, as long as I did it for sake of testing and wasn't in public then no harm has occurred. In addition, it was in 2016 on an alternate account, so that doesn't change the fact I'm still a legitimate player in general.
I didn't mention people shouldn't get permanently banned for continues rule breaking; I said they should get chances and warnings in-game for a while, and if they didn't listen permanently block them. How hard is it to understand it? It's not a mathematical riddle. -
