Event reward error or what !

Hi guys i played 2 hours on 2 weekends til now and i'm completing the the third one to find out that all my friends got the crates but i didn't get anything i can see my progress in the crossfire event page and i didn't receive 1 crate then what should i do !

Do you mean that you didn't receive any crates at all so far ? If so, you must be doing something wrong. You have to play 2 hours on the same weekend to receive those crates, so you got Friday, Saturday & Monday to play 2 hours, and once you complete 2 hours, you will receive those crates instantly(just move to server selection). If you complete 2 hours this weekend, the next weekend you will get more crates if you play another 2 hours on that weekend.

Well you can look at the picture then tell me i'm doing something wrong ! and the event page is doing something wrong too LOL !
it tells me i completed the 2 hours in 2 weekends but i didn't receive a crate from the first week i thought you get it in the end of the event ! and i found out that all my friends got the crates and i didn't ! so idk what is wrong with this game seriously !

The page might show wrong statics sometimes. Your tracker should be receiving those crates actually, so just keep playing until you see the crates. Also, make sure you play a game and complete it for the time to count.

Send a ticket to the support explaining your issue, they will check and send you the crates if you didn't get them.
