Problems posting pictures

I'm having problems posting pictures to here, been working on it for 15 minutes and now I'm getting mad!!! Can someone plz help me. When I try using <<<<<< all I get is a small tiny box or when I used tinypic it said this image has been moved or deleted grrr

i think your forget to add [.png]
