NA crashed then CF crashed all together and when I went to relog it said the servers were down, RIP.

Same, tried 4th time now but can't seem to stay on long enough.. tops is like 30seconds-one minute before I dc. -
Ping issues in UK servers. Almost everyone spiked to 180+ and it stayed like this.
Which server ? UK4 & UK1. Those what I tried to play in.
What kind of issue ? Ping issue
At what time ? It started at 8:20 AM EST nearly and its still ongoing.
It doesn't happen in other servers, NA is working fine.
Update: Its back to normal now. -

When i log in the game and click on NA1 it first stays on step 2 which i believe is supposed to be 4 and a couple seconds Later "MM server connection failed"
I have
-Reinstalled
-Rebooted router
-Cleared my dns cache
-Contacted ISP and they said everything was fine.
The only way i could play is with Vpn which is kind of ridiculous since 80 is added to my regular ping of 60
I live in Edmonton Ab
My internet is good.
I have basically done everything i can find online and not a single thing works.
And yeah my Firewall and antivirus are both off.
If a mod sees this please forward it to a GM.
I already sent a ticket but i will have to wait till Tuesday because of the Civic Holiday.
This started on August 3rd or 4th i believe.
I can Join NA2,3,4,5 and most of the Uk servers fine but i play in NA1 so that is my main concern
Also hear around that if you Have Fibre( improved internet lines) optic from my ISP telus is cauising this issue. -

What kind of Issue have you experienced? Stuck on Step 2, then MM Server Connection Failed then D/C.

Do you know which Server/s are working so other players can switch to this Servers? All servers are working just fine except those 3 servers.
After the maintenance update for August patch, I couldn't log into NA1 without getting stuck on Step 2, then MM Server Connection Failure. PLEASE FIX THIS. It is extremely annoying. I notice some people were able to log into NA1 just fine. But the rest of us can't... Therefore we must play in UK server which we have high pings and half of the shots don't even register. None of the solutions proposed by the GM or Mods are working. I don't know if people who have Telus as their internet are the ones experiencing this problem... because most people I have talked to are using Telus as their internet provider. I don't know if other internet providers are experiencing the same thing.

What internet provider do you use? What internet provider does your friend use? I can't enter in game by 2 days. I installed the game again, three times and nothing. The problem is that CF_g4box it's not compatible. And I don't know how to fix it , I tried with "troubleshooting compatibility issues " but nothing. What can I do for playing this game?! I play crossfire by about 5 years and I never had this problem so I don't know what to do. Thanks -

What operating system are you running? Older ones (Like XP) might have trouble running it nowadays. -
I don't know what tipe of incompatibility is, I use windows 10, when I start the game or it blocks at 13 step with 100%, or when it works I log in and enter any uk I can't enter in any channe and down when I want to see other members of my clan, or friend ecc to see if the game work I have a message " buddy server connection unstable. Unable to display" after this server full and disconnected from server. And this happen every time.

Buddy server connection unstable usually means either your connection to the server is slow/unstable, or the servers themselves are having issues. -

- High Ping with 20% loss i guess , like i used to get 50 ping but now its 90 ~ 151 for no reason , my ping on discord is stable 55 and my download speed is stable aswell , it was alright then suddenly i started to lag like this , restarted my router couple of times and tried couple of games and still the same issue on crossfire

NA Server are lag and our ping are high them before also when we play game it too much lag we got crashed.
Some i was in server 1 and after 30 min it kick me "say the server is full".
How i can fix to got my own ping back.
Before ping: 60 blow.
Now Ping: 80 +
