If you experience any server problems such as: Failed to connect to Host server, etc Report it here.
For example:
In which Server have you experienced the issue? NA1
What kind of Issue have you experienced? Failed to connect to Host server
At what time ( server time) did you experienced this issue? 7:09PM EST
Do you know if this happens in any other Server/s as well? If yes Please name the Server/s. NA2 is having the same issue
Do you know which Server/s are working so other players can switch to this Server/s? If yes Please name the Server/s NA3 is working
If you have more info feel free to write it down. More info helps to solve the issues faster.

What kind of Issue have you experienced? Failed to connect to Host server; Connection has been delayed; The whole room gets moved to the lobby without notice after getting moved.
At what time ( server time) did you experienced this issue? The issue(s) come at random times but are recently severe relative to this morning (its 7:50 PM EST for me rn)
Do you know if this happens in any other Server/s as well? NA5; NA2; and NA3 also crash

Have I tried fixing this error manually? Yes, reinstalled CrossFire multiple times, reinstalled Windows 10 two times, added crossfire.exe from whitelist on the built in firewall of windows 10, tried resetting my router a few times -

=nah i didn't see any server working for me
i keep getting this error "Failed to connect to host server" whenever i join a game , like after after 1 or 2 sec i get this error, sometimes i join a room without getting this error and most of the times i get this error , i restarted my internet many times and added crossfire in the firewall and still getting this error , i tried to close firewall also and still nothing happened + the lag
i hope you fix it soon -

- North America 1, have tested some servers which do work but im sure only NA 1 has the problem.

- All UK/NA servers.
- All servers have lag. Happens every 10 seconds. Just join a game and you see players teleporting everywhere.

People are flying and teleporting , not becuz of there lag but ofcourse becuz of UK servers
We DO try. They're working on fixing the issues. Please report any other issues you come across. -
Most of the NA servers crashed and in the games that are working (not many) players all seem to be having huge ping spikes. Not sure if its the players or the server because they all have middle eastern IGN's.
I crashed also but seems like NA1 is back up. -
Dear MODs, can we get an answer if there anything will be done regarding the server lag or what's the progress so far ? I think you're hiding behind the finger. Stop the events and free rewards and fix the game, it's horrible, unplayable ! Give us answer, don't be dead silent. Thank you.

Calm down people - raging on Z8games staff won't help solve the problem
This technical issues are now quite worrying... I thought these issues won't last long and will be fixed before June... I was just hoping that the server will be fixed soon since TBH it is a real chaos for Z8games now and it is really affect the "old players" and the business as well... I wish a good luck for Z8games team resolving these issues...

What kind of Issue have you experienced? Disconnected from server, failed to connect to server.
At what time ( server time) did you experienced this issue? 7AM EST
Do you know if this happens in any other Server/s as well? If yes Please name the Server/s. The rest of the NA channels too after players moved from UK to NA channels...
Do you know which Server/s are working so other players can switch to this Server/s? If yes Please name the Server/s. I can't say though since the issue always occurring right after players moved and make a server crowded.

Every single UK server is down and its been 6 months the situation hasn't changed a bit.

Isn't it management's responsibility to tell us which server is working and which isn't or should we have to tell everything to management? If we have to tell this thing then what is the use of GMs?

UK Servers are dead. Just buy the new ones. Stop saving up your money. Restarting, washing or licking the servers will not help much. This kind of thing will make the game dead. I am warning you this is the disastrous situation for Z8 to think over
