Yesterday, Played for like 1:38 hour (Yea I clocked) and suddenly the game closed, no reason , so restarted and played like 1 hour more.

Today happend the same thing fraps caused to lock up the crossfire and it closed again, again I've played for like 1:15 hour

Now gonna play to get the full 2 hours, but please say that you don't have to close cf correctly to record the playing hours =[

The amount of time you played should still be recorded. Also, you don't need to play 2 hours consecutively. Any playing time during the day will add up throughout the day.

I did knew that you don't need to play 2 hours consecutive but I dind't know that it still was beeing recorded after "The incorrect Closing" Of crossfire

Just to add to this, the time each person has played is calculated once a day and the crates are given out within a day or two later.

Make sure to give it the 2 days before coming on to ask. And also to send a support ticket. It's a simple fix, so the problem should be solved easily enough by them. (if there is a problem)

One more addition.

Because there is a level restriction on GP crates, this restriction carries over to the free giveaway.

If you are not level 5 you won't receive your crates. HOWEVER if you do level up to level 5 within the week time period then you should receive them.
