Flash Grenade vs Health

Hello Guys i wanted to discuss with you about something that interest me. Many players told me that after playing CF their eyes hurt from the flash grenade. so my question is Does the Flash Grenade hurt people while playing and can it create real problems with the health.
Any informations and arguments are welcome

White flash is annoying. Especially if you play late at night with no flash goggles on.

To answer you health problems question:

Not sure if the flash bang itself will cause any health problems. But from what I know, too much screen time (example: long periods of gaming) can cause you to experience : headaches, eye discomfort, watery eyes, dry eyes, blurred vision and become more sensitive to light.

Best solution would be to make the flash effect black.

but the flash guaurd it self dont hurt u, or make ur health go down even by 1 hp, it will never go down wtih the flash, but u will get whito screen and if u meet to pro player he will aim at u, if u dont open ur eyes well and if ur not lucky to see his name and aim on his head, before he aim on ur head fast, well i got some kills sometimes while white scree, cause last time before i got flashed i see enemy red name, or if i hear voice i spray sometimes maybe that cover my self and sometimes with noobs i can kill them with flash, so rip
buy flash gaurd, it reduce the time for being flashed to low as possible, + to avoid flash even flash of ur team mate in sd for example, look up fast right away, or look the opposite side of the flash that being coming to u, if u do this well u will be flashed only for like less than 1 second only then look back fast to the way the flash come from if its enemy, bam good luck killing him then

If your eyes//head hurts, take a break from your computer screen, drink some water, get some fresh air and relax a bit. Your eyes get strained from staring at screens, this will be the case no matter what you're doing//playing.

Alternatively, buy some tinted gaming glasses to reduce the glare//strain from staring at your screen, they help massively.

Thank you for your answer, but after every flash grenade you cant go away and relax in a single game there are over 20 flash grenades. In this forum there is not much talk about this thread but ingame you can see always people writing what a pain it is. Beside all that there is also the sound of the Flash bomb which is terrible high put frequency ( 15 - 18 kgh ). there wont help any tinted glasses. I live in Germany i have many prof. friends who will check this and tell me correctly what consequences this really has. Your eyes and your ears are your extensions of your brain.

Your screen's brightness has more impact than a couple of flashes. If a game's flash grenades were hazardous for one's health, any transformers movie should be illegal because of all the flashes you get on your screen.

if u did read my comment u did see how to avoid the flash when it comes to u, chill and after that and suprize him that u can attack him back fast, while he think u are flashed
