How long does it take to get a reply on support tickets and what are their hours?

Generally, you'll get a response within 24 hours; however, they don't normally check support tickets on weekends. On the weekdays (except holidays), you can get responses as fast as 30 minutes though.

my account got hacked. I've sent in a ticket about it. Sadly when i click forgot password and enter my email it just says The account is not available for recovery.

Hey chris, if you didn't spend much on that account, or if it's fairly new, you could always just create another account. Hope your problem gets solved.
